The staff at the garage were so helpful and booked the car in quickly to look at the dash warning light that had come on. I turned to Victoria Garage when John Clark Specialist Cars in Aberdeen, where I bought the car from in August, were unable to see the car until 18 January to run the diagnostics. I don't think this is a great after sales service with what is a new car for me, albeit 3 years old. Victoria Garage were prompt in checking the car, ordering what was needed and fitting the new part.

As always, customer service was exceptional; originally repairs were scheduled for the 17th but a cancellation allowed for a slot sooner. Being dropped back home and picked up again later was very welcome, making sure the day wasn't spent waiting anywhere, and both repairs and maintenance work were carried out quickly and well. The MOT failures having been addressed, the car returned entirely road-worthy again and I'm delighted and grateful. I've used Victoria Garage now for 20 years, never had less than outstanding service and wouldn't go elsewhere!

I have used Victoria Garage for getting my Octavia Scout and also my wife’s Yeti serviced and repaired for many years, I have always found them reliable and efficient and also honest. My car’s annual M.OT.
test and also a brake fluid change were due so I went there as usual.

Specialist Car always appear to be more interested in removing as much money from your bank account as possible, for a pretty poor customer experience.

I live in Moray, so it’s nearly a 2 hour drive to Maud, but definitely worth it! Friendly, competent and helpful staff. My car had developed an intermittent fault and I phoned Victoria Garage. To safe me a second visit, they ordered in the two parts that were likely to fix the issue, although they expected they would only need one of them after inspecting the car in their workshop. Amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had a similar service from a franchised garage.Many thanks and the 5 stars are well deserved.

The car had a failed battery, Victoria garage was able to "juggle" their engineers/appointments to fit the car in for a diagnosis (failed battery due to end of life - original equipment), supply and fit a suitable battery, register the battery with the car and return it to us - while we waited - probably less than 30 minutes.
The standard we have come to expect from this service facility.
They knew me, they knew the car, they provided an excellent and timely service to keep our car "on the road"

The car is about 12 years old, but has relatively low mileage at 55,000. I like this L & K Octavia 2.0 TDI very much and want to keep it for several more years, so I'm investing in its future by getting necessary work done on the underside suspension, etcetera.

The car is about 12 years old, but has relatively low mileage at 55,000. I like this L & K Octavia 2.0 TDI very much and want to keep it for several more years, so I'm investing in its future by getting necessary work done on the underside suspension, etcetera.

Since I have bought a Skoda I have found the service of this garage spot on. They always go the extra mile and I love the video they sent me of the car. Nice to see the underside. It passed its MOT with no problems apart from reporting that I would need to change the rear discs and pads at the next service. The service they carried out was great, knowing that my car is in capable hands. The car always seems a lot tighter and quieter when it’s been serviced. The car was cleaned and I like that as I like to look after my cars and keep them in good condition. I will carry on having the car serviced and MOT here until I buy another one in the future. I prefer to keep my cars for 10years or so, so maintaining my car at a trusted garage makes sense to me.

The Victoria Garage were great at providing assistance when my car broke down. When I made the initial phone call they took a detailed description of my vehicle fault and were able to book my vehicle in quickly.
The fault was fully diagnosed the same day, repair work and costs we're relayed to me and a timescale was estimated for the repair work to be carried out.
My car was repaired before the date set which was fantastic. The car is running great and I've got 2 years warranty on replaced parts also.
Overall the Victoria Garage provide fantastic customer service and garage services!

The technician took great care to explain to me the technical reason as to why the DSG gearbox required recalibration. He also completed an additional task of replacing anti roll bar ball joint at the same visit. The service manager followed up with an e-mail asking if I was satisfied with the work carried out.

My brake fluid warning light came on as I drove home on Monday 27 February- I switched off the engine, started again and it didn't come on immediately but did as I was driving. I carried on the 2 miles to home. I rang Victoria Garage to say I'd like to bring the car in even if they couldn't look at it that day. I was told that was fine but it might not be seen till later in the week. I drove the car to Maud - no light came on at all.
I was called later that day to be told a part was needed and another job needed doing urgently (replace a spring) and the total cost would be around £400 - did I want them to continue?
I said yes. I was called on Tuesday 28th around lunchtime and told the car was ready and collected it later that day. I was impressed at the prompt service.
